We want you to feel amazing in your BlackMilk gear, so if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all pieces are in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Log in to our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Carefully place your unwashed and unworn garments into a secure mailing bag, ensuring all original tags and packaging are included.

Label and Post

Download and print your prepaid shipping label (if applicable) or address the package to our Brisbane warehouse and drop it off at your local post office.

Processing and Refund

Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
